Enjoying Tai Chi or Aikido together in one place is not allowed for the time being.
Yet, you can still move with us.
It feels good and we do it for free online with “Teams”.
Aiki – good feeling sessions: are a sequence of deliberately pleasant movements to the rhythm of gently undulating breathing.
These exercises also refer to Tai Chi, Chi Qong, Wa Do, Aikido, Ki, Chi etc ….
Give us a message and we will invite you for these online sessions Tai Chi or Aikido.
Then you can enjoy these “Aiki – good feeling” exercises with us.
Monday at 8 pm, Wednesday at 8 pm and Saturday at 11 am.
